ALLIANCE ASSET MANAGEMENT RUDEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER MET IN MY LIFE!!! WOOD DALE, Illinois

i started getting calls from them about a month or so ago. whenever i took out the loan 2 weeks later my husband got laid off from his job at a plant. When AA started calling me they were very rude. when i would tell them i cant pay it right now that i dont have the money. well when will you have the money. i get paid bi weekly so i would tell them whenever i got paid. well we can secure it with a credit card. i said no i am not because i do not know what money i will be able to give you. well the only way we can handle this is if you secure it. well i cant do that. well GOOD LUCK. and then they would hang up on me.

i called back because i was pissed. dont talk to me like that. i called and they gave me to a sweet lady. wish i could remember her name. she understood the situation i was in and said call back when you know you can resolve this with the full payment or at least 100 that way they see you are paying if off. i said great. next day get 7 phones calls at my job from this company. if you dont have the money they tell me its going to the managers so they can send paper work to my job and to a lawyer and i will pay a big amount in the legal fees. i said i am not refusing to pay you. i just dont have the money at this moment to give you. well good luck.. everyday its like this. all the time. rudest people.

i looked up AA on the internet they have no web address. there is a company with the same name but its not them. they are nice. wish they were the company you were dealing with.

they call you all kinds of names. they never let you talk to a manager. they have yet to send me anything saying they are the collection agency taking over for that account. so when i get something in the mail that legit. then illsend them my account information but until then im not. im trying to find out as much information as i can on them. one person will say they can work with you and then others wont. i had a lady today tell me that i was a liar when i said that the gentlenman that i had talked to yesterday said that i could make payments. she said no one in their right mind here would ever tell me that and i was a liar.

what kind of company does this? do they go to training to be like this for that company? is that a requirement? i dont know how they sleep at night knowing how they treat people. they dont let you explain anything. they always cut you off. if you get loud with them trying to talk over them to tell them something. they hang up on you. i had one lady, i was trying to ask a question and once again the rudeness came out and i said why is it that everytime i try and ask something or explain something , you guys get rude with me, tell me well good luck then and hang up.

and oh yes she did exactly what i said. i dont have any information for anyone except dont try and say or explain anything. it will not work. they will not work with you or send you anything.
