Alliance Asset Management dozens of employees at this office Wood Dale Illinois

I have been routinely harrassed by this company over an old payday loan that I defaulted on with Check-n-Go. I have been called at work, at home, and on my cell phone. I have been called a bum, a b***h, an irresponsible human being, and a con-artist for not paying my debt in a timely manner. I have been screamed at, threatened, and hung up on.

NEVER in my life have I ever been treated with such disrespect and unprofessionalism. At the original time the loan was due, I was laid off from my job, after just having returned to work from maternity leave. I was a single Mom with a newborn baby, and a recent victim of identity theft. I have since paid off the loan, but now they are harrassing me by saying that I have another loan owed to them for $400.

I cannot get them to send me anything in writing. They have actually gone into my bank account and withdrawn money that was never authorized by me (because I had made some of my prior payments by check) My bank had to close my account and open me another one. I have called and asked to speak with the manager and I get laughed at, told "good luck" and hung up on. I have also been told that one of the managers by the name of Mr. Menotti refused to come to the phone because he doesn't have time for losers.

If this claim of debt owed is legitimate, all I want to do is take care of it. But if it's not, then I don't know what I can do. I recently wrote to all three credit bureaus and AAM is not listed on them anywhere. I have literally paid this company hundreds of dollars. If anyone has any information about this alleged company, please let me know.
