I was promised a loan modification and paid 3k upfront. It took the firm over 6 months to even submit my file to my lender. ALC was unresponsive to repeated phone calls and emails to inquire about my file. This firm has taken advantage of my situation and many others. I would be interested in a Class Action Law Suite against the individuals of this firm.
