My Loan Mod was trasferred from Apollo Funding to Alliance Law Center in San Diego almost two years ago.  The lawyers at Alliance contacted me and told me Alliance 

Law would handle my loan mod and to contact them in the future.  I paid @$3,500 to

Apollo Funding which was apparently transferred to Allance Law.  Basically, I have been put off now by at least 6 or more Alliance agents and lawyers saying that the

Obama stimulus funds have not yet arrived for loan mods and thus they aren't ready

to fully negotiate the loan mod with my mortgage co.  I have contacted Alliance Law several times by e-mail and phone to get no answer.  About 2 months ago I

asked for a full refund but got no answer.  I sent my reply via return receipt requested.  This Alliance Law Center in San Diego is fraud based, should be shut

down and all clients' moneys should be refunded via a court order by class action suit.
