ALLIANCE LAW CENTER - CAMERON EDWARDS Cameron Edwards Took me for 2,800.00!! San Diego, California

   In Feb. 2009 I talked to two different legal represenitives from Alliance Law Center and was told they could help me modify my home loan. Was also told to not pay mortgage for while they take care of this and they would need 2,800.00 to take care of this. I looked them up on the better business bureau than and they had a good rating. So I proceed with them for my modification.

   By March of 2009 I did pay them 2,800.00 and did not pay mortgage and faxed them all the papers that were requested. From loan documents, to tax papers and proof of income. I responed with any and faxed any information they needed and all correspondence I had or recieved from my mortgage company.

   This went on for a long time and the calls I would get from the lawyers is everything is going how it should. I would call every two months to check the status of the modification. Every person I talked to would tell me it is going thru the steps and on to the next process.

   Than in June of 09 I recieved papers from my mortgage company trying to raise the mortgage and stating they have had no response from any one in regards to a modification. In July of 09 I recieved a deed of sale taped to my garage and papers from the mortgage company of foreclosure. I faxed everything to Alliance like usual and recieved a call. That everything would be okay and it will be taken care  of before the sale date of 9/28/09. Well It Wasnt!!

   In August I tried to call the whole month and wasnt sent straight to an answering service, left so many messages. Than in September of 09 was trying to call Alliance again and now there phone was no longer in service and their website had went to only a one page website. I relized then I just got screwed!!!

   I had to move out of my house, my girlfriend her daughter and I had to find a new place to live. Alliance took me for my money of 2,800.00 and now I have a foreclosure on my credit.
