Advertised free sample without making it clear that one was agreeing to continued product billed at regular price, then sent more product, billed credit card, and would not issue refund.

Googled Avila for free sample and was taken to website that turned out to be Allumiere, Cheyenne, WY 82001.  Ordered "free sample" and was charged shipping.  Realized mistake and called to cancel order.  Was told I'd receive a refund of $2 and never did.  Also charged $4.95 twice as I later ordered a "free sample" of Avila Serum from Louisville, CO 80027, 866-921-7393.

I think these are the same rip off scams as the bottles are identical except for different labels, addresses and phone number.  Both imply you are signing up for future product and have to cancel to avoid continued product and billing but this is not stated anywhere on any document: paper or email or shipping enclosure.
