AM Eagle rip-off consumer fraud Granbury Texas

My husband and I were invited to vist a resort. We had to take a tour and listen to a sales pitch. We were asked to join this resort and we declined. As a token of appreciation for our visting and listening to the sales pitch, we were to receive a total of $50.00 in payment from Am Eagle Ltd. to pay for our gas. We were to receive this in 5 payments. These were to be sent to us after within 6-8 weeks after mailing them the required receipts.

These receipts have all been mailed to this company and they still have not mailed the last $30.00 back. I have called them 3 times in the last 2 days and all I get is a runaround. It has been 3 months since there were sent the receipts.
