In Oct,2002 I received a certificate for a $199.95 value digital camera as an incentive to purchase a product for my RV. As the certificate stated 4-6 wks delivery, I waited until 11/25/02 to inquire as to status. I was told that this camera was not available and a equal substitution would be made. On 12/10/02 I received an obsolete camera (so stated on the manufacturer's web site)that had a value of $99.95.
After many phone conversations AM agreed to ship a like value camera if I returned the $99.95 camera. I did so-stupid me!

It is now January,2003 and I have no camera and no one at AM will discuss the situation.

I contacted the party that issued the certificate and advised them of the rip-off. They assured me that they would also follow-up. h*o Hum
