In November 2004, I ordered 1500 sq. ft. of hardwood flooring. Payment of nearly $5000.00 was taken from my checking account. After numerous attempts to contact American Hardwood Floors through email and live chat, they have removed live chat and will no longer return emails. It is now 5 months later and we still have no hardwood and received an email saying that maybe by the end of April. Based on the other ripoff reports we have read, we don't think we will receive either the hardwood or a refund but we will be contacting the Federal Trade Commission to file a report. Please post updates if you receive your hardwood or any additional information about this fraudulant company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
