I feel like I am joining the ranks here! Not a good thing! I have had trouble with AHS and my ac for the last 3 weeks now. I will wait and post the result soon, I hope! Just wanted to list a few things about AHS for those who are interested. The CEO of the company is Scott J. Cromie. Minimal information is found about him with any search engine. His home address is 2510 Lennox Dr, Germantown, TN 38138. Easily found on mapquest.

Unfortunately he has an unlisted home phone number! I would recommend everyone forwarding their personal complaints directly to him. I'm sure he would love to sit back each evening under the cool A/C and read everyones situation. That is how the best customer service is understood!

hi thank you tons for his address !!!!!!!! I also wrote a complaint as i sit in a hse that is 90 degrees and they suck and are punishing me for being a b***h. You can bet I will be writing him a letter.. Ok you have managed to improve my nite.. thank you again ...Rip-off Report!
