 Entered into a service agreement on July 7, 2010 for the purpose of negotiating a loan modification with GMAC mortgage. The cost of services $2,050.00.

American Residential Law Group did not honor nor provide services promised. We have made numerous telephone calls and are placed on hold for 188 minutes or we are caller eleven each time we call. We have sent email messages but have not received any calls or messages from American Residential.
 
On January 12, I received a letter from American Residential dated January 3, 2010 stating they are no longer permitted to service our agreed contract. American Residential referred me to their so called affiliate, the law office of William O'Toole, Esquire.

I have attempted to contact this affiliate at the provided telephone number (561) 962-4224 and we have left messages but no one has returned our calls.
