I too have been ripped off by ARLG. I was working with Bryan Berry of ARLG, everything was going smooth, I kept getting requests to send in documents, everything was on track, then all of a sudden on January 29th, i recieved a piece of mail stating that ARLG can no longer do loan modifications in the state of GA and that they are forwarding me to another lawyer. William O'Toole esq. I called several times and recieved a voicemail box that was full. So I tried to contact Mr. berry and no response. I just paid 2300 for abesolutely nothing. Fortunately, I was able to restart the process of loan modification, but we will see how this turns out. I am still out 2300 that could go towards my home.
I am looking to see if there is a group out there that is getting together a class action lawsuit against this company.

is the title to a consumer comment posted here at Ripoff Report. It was posted on August 21, 2007, which was thirteen months BEFORE the collapse of the banking system and the stock market crash that occurred in September of 2008.
Anyone can type in 269041 at this site and go to 'Consumer Comment #3' at Ripoff Report #269041 and read what is posted in the consumer comment entitled- "BLAME IT ON A LAWYER".
