American Standard Financial this company took my $359 and promised money in as little as two weeks Nationwide

this company told me i will be receiving a grant for $4500 for a fee of $359, they will do all the paper work for me the money is GUARANTEEEEED. All i had to do was let them go to work for me. The money came out of my account and i have not heard a word from them yet. I called there customer service, I alwaya get the same answer "you will get what you were promised". I implied that this was a scam and the again she replied "you will get what you were promised. I asked her for a e-mail address the lady flat out told me we DONT have one. So again i say thay got me
