American Standard Financial Those liars at American Standard Financial took my money and won't give it back. Champlain New York

I am a single, 24 year old, trying to be independent, but those liars at American Standard Financial won't let me be. I received a phone call from them offering me a free Government Grant that I'd never have to pay back. I spoke to this lady that I could barely understand, very heavy accent asking me questions and what I'd use the money for and at first I questioned it, but she was a pro and convinced me it was legit.

She recorded the conversation getting some information from me. I was told there was a one time fee of $359.00 that I didn't have to pay right away but whenever I could. The grant was for $4,500 and that I'd never have to pay it back. It was 100% guaranteed to me. I send them the $359, 7 days after, they'd send me some signature forms, I sign and return the forms and within 72 hours the grant will be released to me. I received a verification number and everything.

This happend back in October and it is November and I haven't received any money. So every week I'd call the number and talk to different people and each one tell me something different. At first it was 72 hours, then it turned into 3 weeks, then 8-10 weeks. I told them that they are liars and every week I called someone tells me something different. So I asked to speak to whomever was in charge. One lady told me that the person wasn't there and that I should call back the next day. I hung up and called back and asked to speak to whoever was in charge again, they told me to hold on but never came back to the phone...

I am really upset about this because I've fallen behind on some of my bills in hopes of receiving the grant to pay some stuff off. Something really needs to be done to these people. They should not be able to get away with this. I've read the reports, which I should've read before giving those people my money, and they have ripped off several people and all of us need our money back..I'm really upset....
