We signed up for their service in October 2007 and cancelled June 2008. In all that time, we could not get the company to do anything to setup our account, even though we send them scripts, phone menus and all other information they requested.

We called and emailed the company numerous times and were told "your phone service will be setup today." When companies called our phone number, they got a generic message that the party is not available. Callers did not even hear our company name in the greeting.

This company either promises services and intentionally does not deliver (although they are very prompt at charging our credit card) or they are completely imcompetent.

It is too bad really. We were hoping to use them for many years.

Tom,

Clearly, you are a very patient person and I cannot imagine how we let you down so terribly, and how your unhappiness did not get escalated to management or even to me.

We open many, many new accounts everyday. Most customers want their services set up in minutes and would complain if it even took hours.

Our network goes into 42 countries. Everyday, we successfully serve customers in different languages and global zones.

I don't know the specifics of your problems, but I assure you that I am sorry we did not do our job correctly. Losing your business is the biggest punishment we can suffer, and for that, I am also sorry.

We are in a very competitive industry with many good providers, one of whom I am sure you have found. Good for them. Bad for us.

Thank you for giving us a try. Again, I am sorry we let you down.
