America's Party Company Ordered Photo Booth - Company Did Not Deliver Fresno california

I ordered a Photo Booth for a party and the company did not deliver even though the order was placed January 29, 2016 for a party that was scheduled for May 14, 2016. I paid in full when the order was placed. I even contacted the compnay a week before to confirm that everything was all set and they informed me that everything was scheduled anyd ready to go. I've reached out to the company numerous times only to be passed from one person to another with no end in sight. I have demanded a refund of the amount, but they stated that they need to review the account and would try to get back to me. This company is clearly a SCAM company. I have spoken to Honey, Amber, Paula and Alfred anbd all keep telloing me that they need to check with a supervisor. Do not call this company or book any services through them as they take your money and do not deliver.
