Andersen Windows Poor quality control & bad customer service, Internet

Very disappointed in Andersen Windows.  Dramatic color differences on wood of stain-grade radiata pine.  This is an obvious quality-control issue that should have been caught before the windows left the warehouse.  It is something that will be problematic for the homeowner to fix. 

Moreover, it took a very long time to reach a person in customer service.  I had to listen to endless loops of Andersen advertising before a person finally answered, and provided no help.  She said Andersen does not regard distinct color difference in the wood as a warranty issue.  Andersen will do nothing to remedy contrasting colors on the sashes of two new windows.  We regard this as both bad quality control and bad customer service.
