anthem institute waste of time have not learned enough for medical billing and coding most important medisoft and no certificate due to externship being 5 towns far from my address Jersey city Nationwide

Teachers skills were not adequate in reference to the courses that I enrolled for.  Medical billing/coding was a 9 month program.   Medisoft played a very important roll in billing.   I went on my externship for 1 hour due to lack of knowledge of Medisoft.  The doctor wanted me to be hands on, and I had no knowledge of medical filing and billing.  

My assigned instructor is not even certified for the job.   All day she talked about her husband & family instead of focusing on the main subject.   I will not receive my certificate due to not reporting to my other externship which is located 5 towns away from my residence.  

I need someone to please help me with this matter so I can recieve my certificate I earned.  The anthem insitute is a rip off as was more worried about receiving monies than eductaing their students.   Their curriculim is all messed up.   I regret applying and wished I would have applied somewhere else who would have taught me all to be learned for medical billing and coding.
