Antoinette WE PURCHASED A 2002 DODGE CARAVAN FROM BII HEARD CHERVOLET THE VAN WAS PAID OFF. IN 2007 WE GOT 2 PAPERS FROM THEM SHOWING WE PAID THEM OFF. WE WERE PRAISING GOD BECAUSE IT WAS PAID OFF, BUT WE DIDNT KNOW THAT THEIR NAME WAS STILL ON THE TITLES. I WOULD LIKE TO FILE CHARGES AGAINST THEM texas TEXAS

my name is antoinette , i purchased a van both my husband and i from bill heard chervolet, it was financed through national car credit co it was paid off in june 2007 we didnt know their name was still on the titles. we were given two papers showing it was paid off. they have no physical address nor they have aworking number. i would like to press charges against them. i am stuck with a van i would like to sell s that we can get another later model van. they have disappeared. but i am believing god something will be done.

Although you bought this car from one of the best examples of the Sleazy American Car Business, I think your problem is with the lender. Try to contact the lender. Also contact your state's motor vehicle department and see what they can do. In either case...DO NOT LOSE those papers! Also, there's no charges to be filed here.
