 I would recommend contacting your attorney and filing a police report. It is clear to me that the Law Firm that is cited on the "agreement" that they circulated for you to sign DID NOT draw up those agreements. It is a very reputable and high end Law Firm, and they have NO RECORD of doing those contracts.

The contracts are invalid, and you can get your money back through filing suit. ALSO, Go to the youtube channels of Nick, Edward, Antoinette, and comment so people know what they are up to and do not fall into this scam. Truly disgusting people and family.

It’s horrible to me that people like this use their children to try to scam people. The guy can barely comprete a sentence but he rearry thinks it’s ok to lob raw abiding citizens of dare hard worked for money. And she is no better. I don’t know how they walk around all day and even sreep at night honestly. Dispicable people and disposable, truly ugry famiry!

In response to all the comments, Yes Nick is a liar and he scammed me and my family out of $75,000 with those big dreams and promises.    Yes he will provide paperwork that looks like it came from an attorney and you think everything is legitamate but hours later he forgot your name.  I suggest that everyone stay away from him because you will never get your money back. 

 I found out later from his attorney (which btw said to me "oh no he did it again") that as soon as he got my money for a deal, his wife went and got her nails done (with my moeny).  I am still out the money and will probably never see it.   He is a LIAR, SCAMMER and a worthless piece of TRASH that preys on people all the time.   And let me just say his wife is no better than he is.

She is part of the scam process, so be ware.   I called her father at the dealership that he worked at and he was so embarrassed to even talk but for only a few minutes.  I told him everything that his daughter and son- in -law had done to me and my family.   I know so many people while I was working with him that he also scammed.  If you do business with him you are bound to lose everything you own.   

sad to say i grew up with nick, never had a problem with him. we moved lost track of him and after some 35 yrs saw him on facebook. after talking here and there over about a year he told me about this company he was working to build. he told me about getting me in on the ground floor because i was a good friend and he new the struggles my wife and i was going through and wanted to HELP US. and yes he dropped names of contractors and people to us too.we welcomed him into our house.

with him knowing with my small honest business and going into winter times were tuff he managed get our savings of $12,500 in usrd stocks and a $2500 promissory note to be paid back in 2 weeks. and yes he sent papers all professional and such, but promissed BIG RETURNS. after about 6 months of back and forth over the promissory note repayment i started doing some reseach.

the company shows it's in nyc but when i called looking for them no one know them and the address were rental suites. i even sent registered letters to nyc and a place in las vegas which were returned address /company undeliverable/known. the only thing i found true about USRD was it's registered in delawere. but hell anyone can register a name.

we also in 2 years recieved monthly updates about stocks or company, just who he was meeting with which looking into them, had a list of shady affairs.  luckily i saved all me correspondences which nick asured me he was going to repay by dates. now i have no choice but to filing legal complaint aginst nick khamsopa/usrd.

lol i forgot his last email was he wanted to pay me but didn't want to come to my house because i was angry. if your supposed to be friend coned you out of your families $15,000 savings you would be pissed to. i will be spreading the word out to everyone about nick khamsopa and USRD to stay away.

In writing this rebuttal, I must first mention that I intend to adhere to Arizona State laws, and have a subpoena issued by the Maricopa County Superior Court. The subpoena will be directed to Xcentric Ventures, LLC to reveal the identity of the author that posted the defamatory statement. 

However, in accordance with proper protocol, I am first requesting that the author kindly reveal their identity, doing so within the next twenty (20) calendar days. And, if that does not occur, I have prepared all proper steps to assure that I do indeed, obtain the author’s information, which may include: a verified email, an IP Address, and unverified information including a “real name,” state, city, and zip code. 

Please note: I am aware of the authoring individual’s identity, my purpose here is to refute the defamatory statement, and obtain written documentation from Xcentric Ventures, LLC.

As a direct rebuttal to your statement, I must convey utter disgust. I was saddened that you would state such lies. To unjustly write that an active WY corporate entity is “fake” when visible to the public through a state implemented website search engine is quite perplexing. 

Furthermore, saying something was “stole” from you implies an unlawful & morally low act, lying about such, constitutes comprised character, with no regard for empathy. This was a callous fabrication, as you made zero financial contributions to any of my affiliates, both natural human(s), or corporate entities.

I have no association to your employer, and it would be best to refrain from making false accusations concerning such. 

I have no understanding why my name was mentioned in this statement, as I have not conducted any direct business interactions with you, nor has NYSIDI. Clearly, you know that I never “befriended” you (as you stated). 

I have reserved the worst for last—mentioning my children. This was the framework & act of a coward. I will not accept it.

In response to the above statement, kindly provide your real name and full contact information, as I would like to take the proper steps to file a lawsuit concerning this written defamation. Please note: a published false statement that is damaging to a person’s reputation is considered libel, this includes remarks made regarding stated companies, as a corporation is recognized by the law as a legal person.  In the United States, such accusations, upon being deemed as true by the courts, are punishable by law.

Clearly, the context of your statement is complete fiction. I do take mention of my family quite serious, this includes: false representation of my wife’s actions and discussion of my children.

Furthermore, all remarks of “scamming” individuals are totally fraudulent. It is very disturbing to make such a claim without properly identifying yourself.
