I was purchasing a 2 port USB card and in the comments section of the order form I requested that they verify if the card would fit in my 32 bit PCI 2.2 expansion slot. They never contacted me and shipped the part anyway which ended up being for a low profile CPU. I requested an RMA and a complete refund as the card would not fit in my standard computer. They did not refund the full amount as I requested and I feel if someone in their customer service dept was doing their job, they would have acknowledged that the card fits only a low profile CPU and not a standard CPU. A company with good customer relations would have emailed back clarifying this prior to shipping out the part. Now I must go through my credit card company and dispute this. I find this to be very poor customer relations on their part. I would definately not purchase from them again nor recommend them to anyone.
