Unbelievably idiotic customer support, dead-end when using their domain name services.

The result is that I cannot edit name servers nor use their own, unless I buy an additional plan that allows me to use their own. As a result the $10 I paid in order to buy and use a domain name goes down the drain and my only option is to transfer my domain to a different provider.
