We ordered and paid for an annual web-hosting package with AplusNet in October of 2002. After trying unsuccessfully to get our service up and running, we asked for a refund of the unused portion of our annual service. AplusNet has declined to refund our remaining service. We have chalked this up to internet education and have moved our service to a new provider.

However, today we received a bill from AplusNet for "Parked Domain from Jan 04, 2003 to Feb 03, 2003"; we paid for in advance 12 months of service why are we receiving a bill? In my opinion, this company is a classic bait and switch outfit that will say anything to get you in and then not provide you with the service you expect.
