Codero Hosting Aplus.net abac.net Poor customer service, nickel and dime, fees, broken service Overland Park Kansas

Ordered a dedicated server from Codero at the start of the month. The server was not provided to me as ordered as codero makes their customers jump through hoops to get what they ordered. I was never able to find out how much bandwidth I was using with Codero because their reporting system would not work properly. The problem was reported to them and all I would get in response is "they are working on it". I decided to cancel since on top of everything I mentioned they nickel and dime other stuff and you can find better quality hosts out there. Upon submitting my notice of cancellation I was sent an invoice for an early termination fee. Who would expect to get an early termination fee when you are unhappy with the service to begin with?

If you host with Codero you can expect to be billed for their ignorance. Thankful for me I was able to notify the bank in advance to refuse any of their future charges because they tried to immediately charge my credit card.
