Arcadia Financial Ltd. rip off I too have felt their sting Carol Stream Illinois

Well, Just so those of you don't feel alone with the nightmare that Arcadia Financial can create I thought I too would speak my mind. Please note that I do not need advice or help with the problems I have faced, I have been blessed with paying those
$@#%@$%$#%# off and hopefully I shall never hear from them again.

The very first 3 months of the blessed advent because of their billing department ( I was to be under automatic withdrawl) my first 3 THREE payments were deemed late ( their ADMITTED fault but not their "responsibilitie", can someone explain that to me?) and I was under the impression throughout the term of my loan that all payments been paid on time, I mean isn't that part of the reason we use automatic withdrawl. Since I had "automatic withdrawal" I never received notice for any late fees which had occurred. ( "it is not our Patrice to notify customers of amounts due")

well my loan matured and I made my last payment. Oh happy day. Well 4 Months later, YES 4 MONTHS they finally notify me that I still owed money and that I was default in my loan agreement. $$$$ 1300.00 and change!!!!!! that is when the calls started and the battle began. The gentleman, I use that term very lightly, told me that it did not matter the issues I was to pay this money and pay for attorney to fight in court.

this man was abusive rude and down right nasty. he even refused to tell me why I owed Arcadia money and believe it not *** He even refused to tell me HOW MUCH. After 2 weeks of fighting with this man on this point he finally agreed to tell me but I had to tell him first when I would pay it !!!! not before!! can you believe it for two weeks I fought with this man on this point !!!!! I'm still in shock over that one. and yes they did call at all hours of the night and yes Carroll even as late as 10:30 one night, mmmmmmm you think they might call at 11:00pm I wonder. This is a true story, no BS.

This may not seem like much but regardless it was Less than professional and a fast approaching illegal. But unless you want to spend more of your hard earned money fighting a corporation like Citibank and that likes of them you have to sallow your principals and cough up the money that should have gone to pay medical bills or just simply a day trip for the kids. it is sad.
