I call my payments in to Arcadia Financial/ TransSouth/ AutoOne. My Bank Account was hit with a car payment on April 7th. The payment was to be taken out the 17th. When I realized what had happened I called at 7am Monday morning. I was put on hold several times, transferred, hung-up on. Called back was again out on hold for over 30 minutes, hung-up on. I called back a 3 rd time and was told no Managers were available and I could leave a message for a Manager and fax over my bank information. The number I was given was incorrect and so was the fax number.

I called back and was told, "What do you want us to do for you today, Ms. Nix? What do you expect to be done right now?!? Because this will not be resolved today, it will take about 48-72 hours so you will just have to wait." I said I want to speak with a Manager. Once again I was put on hold and hung up on after 8 minutes. I then called back 4th time, was given a different number that actually worked but got no response from anyone. I called back 3 hours later, 5th call and was told to hold and thrown into a different voicemail. I called back 6th call and explained what happened and was told that "I don't need two Managers working on this, that is a waste of there time!" I as calmly as I could explain this,"I was given one Managers information and put in anothers voicemail.

Do you people not have any Manager in the entire building that can take my call, because if my bank account goes into overdraft because of this, it will be a bigger nightmare for your company. A day and 1/2 later I was finally able to talk with a Manager who did reverse the charge, however this was absolutely a horrible experience, I have never ever been spoken to the way that this Arcadia's employees spoke to me. It would have been different if one person maybe two were rude but when you speak to 8 different people and they are extremely unprofessional, rude, and absolutely billigerant there is definitely a problem. I am looking to refinance my car to get away from this company. I need some advise on how to go about this. I have also been two days late on my payment and gotten harrassing phone calls when the payment was in the mail. That is why I started calling in my payments to begin with. I am done with this company.
