Arcadia Financial ripoff. Arcadia's use of Convicted Criminal's to get money illegally. Minneapolis Minnesota

To whom it may concern.
Arcadia Finacail has sent a supposed represenitive to my house, stating that he would pay a known felon Jimmy Carlson $4000.00 to pick up a 98 Plymoth Voyager, that I finaced with Arcadia at 21%.

Once I made a written contract with Jimmy Carlson stating that he would take over payments, Jimmy and the Plymaoth Voyager Disapeared.

Jimmy Carlson is a convicted felon, that has kicked me out of my own House and is working with Arcadia Finacial to rip me off!!! I believe that Jimmy Carlson and Arcadia Finacail are in this together.

I am a Vetran from the Marine Corp. I am currently being seen at the Portland Vetrans Adminnistration for extreme depression, due to the nightmare that Arcadia, and Jimmy Carlson have put me through.

I do not know were to turn, The Police will do nothing unless someone has assulted me physically.
