"DISASTER, DISASTER, DISASTER. Please stay away from this website or you will regret it badly the same way I did!!! First of all, the crown moulding they sent me was made of "Foam"!!! Yes, I never knew there is a such a thing as FOAM crown moldings either till I saw this material upon the shipment to job site. Called them and they claimed they DO indicate that in their site (first lie)!!! They said they will refund me only if I agree to pay 20% restocking fee. After calling more than 5 times and eventually talking to the manager (Nicole), they agreed to only deduct 10% which would be $500 for me!!! I agreed. They then said they are NOT RESPONSIBLE for the shipping. That I have to hire a freight company to pick up those giant boxes and take it to them with truck. After eventually finding the freight company, I ended up paying another $1000 for the shipping. (Yes another $1000). Even the freight company staff and manager were amazed that the buyer has to pay for the shipping!!! Ok here I am down to losing $1500, right? But that does not end hereAfter two weeks, they eventually gave my money back BUT they had deducted another $500 on top of the first $500. After calling them 5 times and eventually talking to the Nicole girl, she said they had deducted the original shipment cost that they paid for shipping the "Foam" moulding to me...At the end of the day, I lost about $2000 with these guys. They are Rude, indifferent towards the customer, and lier. They are by far the WORST company I have ever worked with. Now it is up to you whether you want to order from this site or not."
