Unlike the other perrson who filed a complaint before me with this dotcom retailer, I am able to get them to answer the phone. It takes a while for them to answer the phone but then they tell you how they are in sales or marketing or filling up the snack machine and no one in customer service or accounting seems to work there even during normal business hours. I never even received the merchandise I ordered to begin with. After my order didnt arrive on time (which I paid expedited shipping for) I called and cancelled. I figured this would be like shopping at amazon, easy! Not the case here, I have called four times in three weeks and now have four case numbers but the only department I can reach after dialing any extension is sales. THe last time I demanded to speak with management but I was calling at night and the tele-zombie told me he was alone and did not work in that deparment. Not only was he not with the department but he also did not know anyone in that department. I asked for the name of his direct supervisor in his department to which he told me he did not have access to that information. I reitterated my question to "you dont know who your boss is? Who signs your checks or trained you how to blow me off like this?" I have seen absurd behavior like this in the movies but was astounded to find it existed in real life. I will continue to be persistant but it is time to notify the masses that this company is either extremely unorganized or is helplessly broke. If it is neither then they must be classified as criminals.
