Atlantic Circulation Inc of 2550 Kingston Road, Suite 113 York PA 17402 Phone 717-755-3480 Fax 7177553484  Has ripped me off for $63 for magazines never sent. 2 long distants phone calls later the magazines are not sent and the "promised refund was not sent. What a rippoff company.
