Atlantic Circulation, INC Fraudulant company cheating people into buying nonexisting subscriptions on magazines York, Pennsylvania

Two young boys came to my door step in late october and tried said they were selling magazine subscriptions for the benefit of their local school. They convinced me into buying a subscription for The Economist for which I paid 152 dollars in cash. They handed me a receipt for the purchase on which it said, Atlantic Circulation Inc. and an adress aswell as a telephone number. I could also choose to donate magazines to the troops stationed abroad  they said - a clever trick, when I think of it, because I work for the Army and live in a military community, where everyone is affiliated to the armed forces and thereby they have probably convinced a lot of people into buying subscriptions for our armed forces, that actually have never been sent to them! Selfish as I am, I wanted the magazine for my self, therefore noticing that it never turned up. I wrote their customer service, who told me, that it takes 120 days untill the magazines start coming, so I patiently had to wait until February. That meant that I forgot everything about the matter until I accidently found the receipt. I tried calling them, but now the telephone number is out of service and they don not respond on my email. That made me pretty mad and I tried to find out about them online. Here I could soon read that this company is making a living by scamming hard working americans for their money, by pretending to deliver something, they never intend to do. Unfortunately people does not seek the information about this company before it is to late. I strongly advise ANYONE to stay as long away from this coorporation as possible.
