I heard a knock at my door and opened it. There, stood a cheerful young lady and a smiling young man. (i even remember their names, Brittany Knight and Lonnie Mabry)

The young lady began telling me about a competition they were in to go to Europe and they were put into teams of two. They explained that it was a communications race and that it was to better ready them to enter the working field. (because they had to speak to strangers everyday and practice verbal communications)
They told me to sponsor them I had to buy magazines and they were only 4 away from winning and that at the moment another team was 5 away from winning. The young lady told me that she didn't want "the preppy team" to win. And, since they were both very respectful and charmed me with their story I bought 4 magazines in cash. They said they were going to "split the order between them" so it looked like they were both working hard. They even argueed about where they wanted to go in Europe and said they couldn't agree on Paris or Rome.

After they left my husband and children talked about them for hours and about how charming they were and how funit must be to get to travel around meeting new people.

A few days passed and I mentioned them to my neighbor who informed me that he bought a magazine from the young lady as well and she told him he could donate them to "the child of the month".

Well, I found my reciets and searched the company ACI and found out this is a rip off and that magazines aren't even delievered! I've called the number several times listed and have yet to get an answer!
