I purchased my Honda Element from auto action in 12/10. I was told that the air conditioning needed to be charged but other than that it was fine. The car was supposed to go to an inspection which we waited for an hour for it to be done.
Once getting the car home we realized that there were other issues and since they were not written up when we bought the car they were not going to fix them. I couldnt get anyone to answer the phone when i called over there to talk to service.
I took my car to a shop closer to my house and they told me that the air conditioner is broken and needs to be replaced....$1200!!!!! The struts are bad in my car, the oil had not been changed since 11/08, the car had NO air filter, the tires on the car were loud snow tires ( once they replaced them with used tires) , the cruise control freaks the car out, the front seat came un bolted, I could go on and on about the things that have happend to may car in the 5 months I have had it.
I have been on the phone all day with Auto Action and have gotten a different story from every single person I have talked to!!!!
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM AUTO ACTION!!!!! They are lying, non english speaking jerks!!!!!!!

I just posted a complaint about them as well yesterday but i only had the car for 7 days. I gave them options to repair and get me into a different car. They refused. So now I'm taking legal action against them because I returned the car under the "Arizona's lemon law". Now that Im requesting a full return of my down payment. Hell, they got the car back in better condition than when I bought it, now all im wanting is my down payment returned to me. Im sorry about your experience here. Sad that they think they can get away with selling junk. I've filed a report with the BBB,emailed the owners,sent this to whoever is able to help me. Hope you can find justice from this junky dealership. You should review the Arizona lemon law

Think about it. If someone is selling a car and the A/C needs a charge, they will charge it before attempting to sell the car. The sticker that indicates when the oil was last changed is unreliable and should be ignored.
