Auto Action Sold us a car with a ton of problems, gave us the run around, lied to us. Phoenix, Arizona

Auto Action sold me a car with a ton of problems. Within the first 5 days, the shifter snapped while we were driving, so we had to call a tow truck because the car wouldn't shift out of neutral. They fixed it, did not give us a loaner car like they said they would when we bought the car. We were vehicleless for 7 days. They never specified that we wouldn't be able to have a loaner car until 3 DAYS after they started working on our car in the shop. We were not aware of this until our car has actually broken down, thinking "Its okay! They said we would have a rental while they work on ours!" This was not the case and I have a baby so it made life difficult without having transportation. Our drive shaft is now needing repaired, we called and they said they didn't have an opening for repair until the 18th (of march, today is the 8th of march) my husband sarcastically said "well am I supposed to drive the car until then?" They told him that we could drop the car off but it probably wouldn't be looked at until the 18th. So my husband asked "What about a loaner?" They responded "you wouldn't need it" my husband responded "you will have it fixed in 3 days?" Auto Action responded "yes". When we purchased the car, before we actually did, but the same day, we test drove the vehicle. However, it did not start right up. The salesman (Patrick) went and got gas , came back and put a little bit in, we test drove, got back to the lot and decided we wanted the car. The time it took to get back from the test drive and sign papers, get approved, etc, they not once looked at the car. We aren't even sure when the last time they even checked it over. I am very unhappy and dissatisfied and would like some kind of action to take place. The workers and managers are very rude and unprofessional. Thank you.
