Auto Action All they care about is getting their money. They don't care about customer service. Phoenix Arizona

I filed a previous complaint on this company. I'm doing another because of new stuff they're doing. Basically, I bought a car from them and I wasn't satisfied with the product. I tried to resolve the problems I was having and they wouldn't do anything to resolve the problem as if they couldn't care. So, I returned the car to them. Not even 2 weeks after they got the car back,  they filed a complaint in the courts. I was given the advice of no point in showing up because I signed a contract so they'll win. They went straight into garnishing my wages literally not even 2 weeks after they got the judgment.

I wasn't even given any notice that they were garnishing my wages. I requested a court date to lower them from garnishing 25% of my check down to 18% of my check. It was granted yet they still continued to take out 25% of my check. My wages were garnished from August 2, 2012 until April 10, 2014. Then, it stopped I was under the impression that it was done being it is now 2016 and they haven't collected anything since 2014 so who wouldn't take that as being paid off. Well, I notice it's still showing up on my credit so I call the courthouse asking what I can do to get it off my credit.

They tell me the company never filed a satisfaction of judgment so I will need to contact them. Despite the fact that I really don't want to call them because they're so incredibly rude, I call them. I get bounced around to their legal department. They tell me I still have a balance and that they plan on sending information to my employer to start garnishing my wages. Yet, they can't tell me an exact amount of what my balance is just that it's 25% interest rate. So, I tell them what they're doing is fraud and I will be contacting my attorney. I called several attorneys and was informed to request the judge vacate the judgment. I did that the same day. The case regarding that is currently pending.

My complaint is that I didn't dispute that I owed them money. I returned the car. They never gave me any sort of statement stating how much I owed them to possibly arrange a settlement of the debt. They just went straight to filing a complaint in the courts then went straight to garnishing my wages which is more than what I would have paid them monthly had I kept the car. By them garnishing my wages, they caused me to get my current car repoed and I could barely pay rent and I ended up have my child early due to all the stress from not being able to pay my bills because of this stupid company. This company does not try to work with you on anything all they care about is getting money no matter what the costs. They already got $6500 from me so they should just move on and accept their losses.

I figured in 2 years maybe their customer service would have gotten better but it hasn't. I can't afford to have my wages garnished again cuz I'll be right back where I was 4 years ago when all this started so I'll have no choice but to claim bankruptcy. I'm in the process of taking the steps I need regarding it. The reason I'm posting this on here is so I can let people know the type of company this is. They sell you a car that's a pos and won't work with you on any problems with the car to the point where you return the car but they still want their money so they make sure they get it and make you suffer for several years until they feel they're done torturing you irregardless of what burdens it causes you. Don't go to this company it's not worth the hassle. I wish I never did.
