AUTO LOAN NETWORK CLAIM YOU APPLIED AND ARE APPROVED FOR AN AUTO LOAN REFUSED, Nationwide

These people have been calling anywhere from 2-15 times a day.  They start EARLY in the morning.  
"This is auto loan network, we are calling you because the application you filled out has been approved'.   Sometimes they'll give a name...sometimes not.  
It sounds like the same man all the time...noisy background...maybe an 'Indian' accent.
(I don't know accents very well).  
This morning it was 'David' who called.  I have asked and asked these people to NOT call.  I have hung up on them, hollered.  I do believe they are deaf.  
They are rude and I'm fed up. 
This is a SCAM.  They want your personal information, bank info and such.  Do NOT give it to them. 
I so wish someone could make them QUIT CALLING. 
I don't know about anyone else....but, the background noises and the guy...he sounds like the same guy (to me anyway) that also calls and claims to be an attorney with Morgan & Assoc Law Offices.....which is ALSO a scam.
