National auto loan network Dissappeared with documents Newport Beach Nationwide

 The NALN sent me mail promising a lower interest rate on my car payment so I called as they already had information about my cars make and model as well as the loan amount and number of payments left. The promise was followed up with animi ask to do a credit check which I agreed to allow one and only one. They approved me sent me paperwork which I sent back that day via fax and the next day via FedEx. Then the people disappeared with all my information. I couldn't get ahold of someone for over a week and when I finally did they said there was an issue with the paperwork and were going to resubmit the loan. I was not ok with this as I didn't want anymore hard credit checks. She did it anyway and wasn't even going to tell me. It took calling the main hotline after several failed attempts to reach my assigned person. I also had to star 67 my phone number so they would answer. I was told they were resubmitting the application and what had gone wrong was a problem I have verbally told the woman to correct several and she did not. I told them I wasn't interested in doing business there anymore but they did it anyway.
