AUTO MASTER Buy A Lemon @ Auto Master Springfield Missouri

I bought a Dodge Pickup from Auto Master on North Glenstone. I had it 30 days when the complete rear end of it went out. That was on a Friday and I didnt get my truck back for a week.

Auto Master was not willing to let me take it to a garage that could fix it on the weekend and wouldn't give me a loaner car so I could get around. I was without transportation.

They also wouldnt allow their Mechanic to buy a new rear end for it, they bought an old one and had it shipped there which took 3 days and had their mechanic put it on, I had to pay a $100 deductible on it, and it still does not run like it did when I first bought it.

I woulld never buy another vehicle from them. Their Waranty Dept Customer Service representative is very rude and not very helpful.
