On 11/24/2009 I purchase a subscription to AutoCheck an affiliate of Experian Credit Re
porting agency. After they accepted my $24.99 payment for their service I received this page from them

After repeated attempt to contact them on Wed. 11/25/2009, Sun. 12/06/2009, and finally Wed.12/09/2009 informing them that I do this as a hobby and not commercially. I feel I've given them ample time to respond, and to this day I have received No contact by any personnel from AutoChecks Customer service and no refund.

I'm sorry but I reported that I paid $24.99 that was wrong I paid $29.99 for the unlimited reports, sincerely, David.

Carfax.com VERY DISHONEST business practices that I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. I CANNOT believe these guys have not gotten a class action lawsuit against themselves yet. I selected 1, THAT IS 1 FREAKING report and you charge me for 6 and now they WILL NOT respond to my request for assistance. I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company and I will NEVER use Carfax again. I have contacted them 4 times and have gotten nothing but automated responses, the only phone number available will not let you talk to a person. Metro Auto Michael SobhMichael-s2 (EBay) Michael stated in his Ebay auction that the car we were purchasing had a clear title, had been in a minor fender bender. His autocheck confirmed the fender bender, his fabricated autocheck! When we went to trade the car, we were informed from a carfax report that the car was a total loss, had been in a wreck with airbag deployment. Therefor three dealers wanted nothing to do with our car. Our good deal was a HUGE mistake! We are still unsure how he turned a salvage title into a clear one! Redford Michigan
