I recently placed an order with this company an never received my product. I ordered a laptop mount for my truck and was charged over $96.00 dollars an never got it. The company did however send UPS a shipping notice. But never received the product to be shipped. Here is what I received from UPS:

"This message was sent to you at the request of AUTOLAPTOPLINK to notify you that the package information below has been transmitted to UPS. The package(s) may not have actually been placed with UPS for shipment."

As you can see they merely send this to fool you into believing it is being sent when actually the company is ripping you off. I'm so sick of people like this that I'm taking time off from work to file charges with the Attorney Generals Office In hopes that I can do something to put this crap to en end. All I can say is this guy or girl better be lucky I don't live closer or I would be knocking at there door.

Here's The web address for those of you NOT WANTING TO GET RIPPED-OFF:

Remember me Ray?

AUTHOR: Khale - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, March 19, 2009

I have WRITTEN and RECORDED VOICE proof of all these same issues. Just a short recap of my experience with Ray. On 01-07-2006 I ordered on their website, a laptop stand which was paid for online and charged to my bank account on 01-11-2006 for $81.99. After several calls questioning the order, I finally received it on 01-25-2006. On 01-27-2006, I spoke to Ray about returning it. He gave me the same spill 'go to the website and get a "return authorization number"'. After several calls and emails back and forth, finally on 02-01-2006, I spoke with Ray and he told me to write "Ray" on the outside of it and send it back which I did that day using USPS. The package arrived at the USPS in Buffalo Grove, IL on 02-06-2006 and a notice was delivered to them [Ray & company] to pick it up on 02-07-2006. While keeping track of notices by on the USPS website, I placed several calls and emails concerning the package not being picked up at the post office. After it sitting at the post office for about 21 DAYS, it was sent back to me on 03-10-2006 and I received it on 03-15-2006. I gave up on getting my money back, even after being lied to and told I would get it back "just return it". I just threw it out in the garage because it was no good to use. I contacted the BBB (which I wish I had done BEFORE I placed the order). ANYWAY, I had forgotten about it...lessons learned...THEN TODAY 03-19-2009 - what do I get in the mail...A LETTER FROM a company calling itself National Bureau Collection Corp. stating that I owe Auto Laptop Link $91.79 and they are going to obtain a judgement if I don't pay it. "Soooooo, let's see...I bought AND PAID FOR a "so-called" laptop stand, I was told to return it for a refund which I did [return it] and they didn't [refund any money] and it was sent back to me" YEAH RAY - I'll pay you AGAIN! RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Look forward to seeing you in court.........(my attorney does too especially with my paid receipts and recordings of you on the phone). Ken Hale in Goodlettsville, TN 37072.

Autolaptopstands.com & Policestands.com great company's with hard working people. We have been in business for over 5 years. We have sold over 20,000 laptop mounts. As you can see we have very few reports on this site. We understand that any bad reports are not good ,but no matter how hard you try some people just can not be satisfied no matter what you do.There are a lot of people in this world that will add a little to the story to make it sound better and some people leave out the important parts and foresure never tell honestly what happened from the other side of the story. Life is like a deck of cards: numbers cards negative & no's, face cards postive & yes's. It would be a lot better life if we had more face cards in life. Give us a chance and you will see we are a face card. Thank you for your time.
