Autolaptoplink Shut This Company Down! Big Scam Buffalo Grove Illinois

After getting my so called lap top stand in July 07. This cheap but expensive peice of metel was not working. The pieces to the stand were not even sturdy, I decided to return this. Following there procedure of emailing them for a ra# with 7 days. Never heard back from them. Send them 3 more emails never heard back from them. Called the number for returns alway got a voice mail. Left messages never heard back from them.

Finally I decided to call the main number like I was a new customer. I spoke to Mary on the phone who told me no problem I'll print your order and walk it over to the department who issues the ra#'s. I strssed to her that I was worried about the 7 day policy. She told me that as long as I emailed them the clock stops that day. So I waited for my email with my ra#. Nothing I called Mary again after a week and said I'm still waiting. She said I'm sorry I'll print it out again and walk it over to them. I waited yet another 2 weeks and nothing!

So today Sept 6, 2007 I called and got Mary on the phone the conversation started like this.

Me: Hi I'm calling for a ra#
Mary: Oh no problem just go to our website site and do it through there.
Me: I said is this Mary
Mary: Yes it is
Me: Well I've spoken to you twice already and you keep telling me the same thing
Mary: Ok hold on let me see what I could do.

Now she has no idea who she is talking to because she never asked for my order number.

This lunatic woman names Julie (which I think is the same person) startes to yell at me saying that the two weeks passed already. She startes to yell so loud that I can't even hear what I'm saying.

Before I know it we are screaming at each other. She is tell me F***,B**** every other name you could think of. Then hangs up on me. She told me that I was harrasing her.

I called her back and we fight again. I then call with my husband on the phone as a wittens and Ray answers this time. She then gets the same attitude on and startes yelling at me and my husband things I can't even say here.

Then hangs up on me. So I've taken it up with my credit card company and the BBB. I want this company to be shut down. After reading about the ton of complaints on line which are all the same. I think the company is a fraud and needs to be investigated. I want to go further with this so no other customer has to go through what I went through today with this cmpany. I spend $183.00 through them and it's a rip off!

Please don't order them them read all the complaints that were filed first!
