I ordered a part from this company on the clear promise from the company in their ad that an order over $75.00 was shipped free of charge. When I received the confirmation of the order placed, I noted that they had added a $40.00 shipping charge.
I called them on the phone and cancelled my order. I followed this up with an email cancelling the order and asking them to credit back any credit charges they might have made. They ignored my requests and shipped the order which was received today along with a credit card charge of $129.27 which included a $40.00 shipping charge and G.S.T. I believe it was transhipped from a California warehouse through Richmond B.C.

Thank you for your feedback.
Our company does have promotional free ground shipping in Canada (where we operate). The free shipping is normally on orders over a certain value, currently on orders over $100, and is valid wherever UPS delivers via ground. Once you put in your ship to address, our website verifies your address to see if ground shipping is available and if it is, shipping is free.
The only time you would not quality for the promotion is if your address is in a location where UPS does not have free shipping. You did not provide your order, however I do see that you are in Yukon, which is an area where UPS has limited ground shipping.
If there is no ground shipping available to your address, our website will automatically calculate the shipping costs for you and display then to you before you place your order. The full order total and the full shipping costs are always displayed to you before you place your order. In fact the website has an order verification page after you put in your payment info that allows you to review all order details one more time before placing your order.
We are 100% based in Canada. We do not ship anything from California as you stated. We currently have 19 warehouses located throughout Canada and we are an Ontario based corporation.
Please contact me with your order number and as a one time courtesy I will refund you any shipping costs that you paid.
