On December the 29 2008 and order was made online form 1998 Mercedes Benz hatch Struts Part number
W0133-1628182 . On Dec 31 2008 i received the wrong product instead of hatch struts I received suspension struts . Part Number #344353 . the next day I called the so called company and spoke to a costumer service rep who would not give me his employee number and said his name was Jeff he further stated that he would send me the new part as soon as he received the old one he also stated that i would have to pay the shipping for the wrong part that was sent by them to me
i then told him i would not be paying shipping for something that is not my mistake he further went on in tell me that he will send me an email with a way to return the product and be reimbursed the shipping when I asked for confirmation number none was given when said the email takes about 36 hours to be send out so i waited 3 couple of day and once again called up on the 4 of Jan 2009 to no reply as they would not pick up the phone
I called again on the 6th to no reply finially on the 10th I sent in a written complaint to the company thru their site stating that if nothing was done legal actions would be take still no reply and have not yet received that email till date I then on the 12th made another call on my cell phone in which i got a reply as i explained the problem to the rep who did not show a bit of concern yet was very aggroant when I asked to speak to the manager he stated that he was the manager and said that it is not their problem if the send me the wrong part and I should pay for the shipping of it .
which my reply that I would be sending a lawsuit against the company and to give me his name and address of employment in which he hung up the phone on me . and he has not been answering my calls after that all that I need is to receive the correct order that I had placed at no extra shipping cost, As I had already paid for the order and the shipping via paypal when I placed an order. it was the company error that they shipped me the wrong part/order . they have received my money and sent me a wrong product , they need to rectify this at no extra cost shipping or otherwise as I had already paid for the product and I am not going to paid for the shipping to refund the wrong order they sent me.
i now got contact through BBB of canada and now the have the never to deny that the sent me the wrong part and they claim that they sent me an email which has yet to be recived . they say they delivered the right part mabe they can come and tell me how i can you suspention struts to replae my hatch struts all they have to do is look at their own web site and enter the number to see the product is diffrent is they can do that and still claim that they sent the product the just trying to rip us off
