Autopartsway.ca Did not refund money, Internet

Originally ordered 2 brembo front rotors and an EBC brake set for a 2005 dodge sx 2.0 (neon).  Shipping was great and fairly quick.  When parts were recieved I noticed that the brake pads looked funny.  Sure enough, when I went to install them they were the incorrect part.  I visited the EBC website and the part is actually for the SRT-4 model.  When I checked the autopartsway website, they had the part numbers mixed up between the two cars.  After speaking with customer service they indicated that it was my fault and I should of checked the manufacturers website.  Apparently a parts company doesn't need to label their parts correctly.

So I decided to ship the brakes back and pay freight for this.  This was not easy because autopartsway kept sending me a return request for the rotors, even after I told them I was just returning the brakes.  The parts arrived in July of 2009.  It is August 2010 and I am still waiting for my money.  I have received every excuse from the company.  They originally said they received the part.  I called back a month later and said that it was misplaced.  Then I called back and they said I had sent it to the wrong warehouse.  The warehouse that I have proof in an email that the told me to send it to.

I gave this company a chance because their prices were great, however I would never use them again.  No one in customer service knows what they are doing.
