I recently ordered the Awsome Auger from www.Cyberbrands.com. I received the order in a timely fashion, but the bonus items advertised were not included. I contacted Cyberbrands and finally was given the number of the shipper, Awesome Auger. The telephone person was very cordial, but explained that in order to get the bonus items, I would have to pay a shipping and handling fee of $39.95. That was for an electric drill--more for the battery model. Caveat Emptor--let the buyer beware. I should have know the commercial was too good to be true. This company uses fraudulent, deceptive practices to sell its product. Just be sure you are aware of the costs before you buy. I feel as though I was ripped off.
