$19.95 but $48.90 for postage and handling. The recording, when attempting to order the "For only $19.95" deal, is deliberately confusing. I mistakenly punched in my cc number but when realizing the cost for P & H, I hung up. I assumed the order did not go through since I didn't go the distance with the call.

Today I called the customer service line. I was on hold for 20 minutes and then was told I would be refunded the $19.95 when returning the order, but not the P & H.
This is a total rip-off! I would gladly join a class-action suit against this company. If anyone has any ideas of how I can get my money back, please let me know. I will never order again from an automated system. Ripped off!
