*Consumer Comment: Sue, Most stores have video cameras, right? Most all ATM's have video cameras too, correct? It should be easy to clear your name, especially if the transactions have the time of day and you can....

Bank of america and police are saying i sole 9,000 from credit card.
my credit card was stolen, i did not notice for 1.5 days, reported it immediately -made a police report also. card was bounced all over city 600.00 3x i day in same store. 200 here, 500 there.
well the police call today and say that there is no way this could have been done if there was no PIN and they want to see me. I never had a PIN for this a acct. i tore it up when i got the acct., i never would have used it... i am so scared. how did the theifs do this, they started using my card from what i can figure about 1/2 hr. after it was stolen.
i am hysterical.. sue .

prove you weren't there. I'd go to the stores where the purchases were made and DEMAND to see all the receipts & demand to talk to the manager & demand to see the SIGNATURES for all the transactions.
