*Consumer Comment: A couple of questions to clarify.
*Consumer Suggestion: Keep on Robinson's May
Bank paid a 20.00 as 2000.00. Refused to reverse 9 nsf fees when this was their fault. I had already had scheduled these payments in advance not knowing that the bank did not reverse this error. Still waiting for Robinsons May to send refund. Meanwhile checks are bouncing left and right. Bank of America refuses to do anything about this. Total is over $280.00

Was the 20 dollars a check that BOA paid as 2000?
Or was the 2000 a debit submitted by Robinsons May that should have been 20?
If it was a 20 dollar check paid as 2000, you should be camped out at a branch managers desk until they refund all your fees.
If it were a debit submitted by Robinsons May to BOA as 2000 instead of 20, then you will have to go after Robinsons May to have them cover your bank fees.
Unfortunately, in either case, you will probably have to be very persistant (just don't be rude or offensive no matter how rude or offensive the CSA may be).
Good luck.

Keep on Robinson's May

From the sounds of things, this is an Online Banking transaction. You can try calling the online banking department and asking them to open a "Wrong Amount" claim, but that may not work since you would have had to type in $2000 instead of $20.00, technically putting you at fault even though it is an honest mistake.
Keep checking on Robinson's May. Once they issue you the credit, call BofA back and tell them that they need to refund your fees, because you've resolved the Reg E Claim with the merchant.
