I was vacationing in Mexico and tried to call home during my visit. The only way to use the hotel phone was by credit card. I made several unsuccessful attempts, got an answering machine once and one connection that did go through. After returning home, I checked my credit card statement.

BBG charged me $10 for each attempt as well as $41.91 for each attempted call. Total charges are over $400 and I only had one very short person to person call! Like others have posted, no rates were ever stated, nothing on the phone about rates either. I'm still working with the credit card company about disputing these charges. I can only hope this comes to some resolution and everyone is reimbursed by this company!!
