Links such as these reveal BBGs method of operation.  Vulnerable and unsuspecting travelers insert credit or debit cards into pay phones at international airports or use credit cards to make calls from hotel rooms with the expectation that they will be charged a rather high yet not entirely unreasonable rate for the calls they are making.  (The phones do not display the cost of calls.)  The caller later finds on his or her credit card charges billed by BBG Communications at a rate roughly 20 to 100 times the expected amount.  This same sad story has been told online hundreds of times. 

Please, dont become a victim of BBGs criminal activity.  Please, avoid doing business with Visa as long as Visa is a partner in BBGs crime.
